To the Editor,

I am writing to protest the column written by Renae Vander Schaaf (“Questions for Obama supporters”) in the Oct. 31 edition. The entire column was full of vicious drivel, lies and innuendo.

Following this column, you then endorse a presidential that states unequivocally that he would end supports for ethanol and farm support payments. How can you in good conscience pass your publication off as being supportive of Iowa agriculture?

I think you owe a number of readers an explanation for your actions. If you do not have the courage to do this, I think you need to make some changes in your top management area.
