NEW Cooperative announced last week that it is offering a maximum of five $2,000 scholarships to full-time agriculture students.

Qualifying applicants must be a NEW Co-op member, or dependent of a NEW Co-op member or full-time employee.

Applicants must be full-time students who have been accepted into a college program that offers an agricultural degree, or a two-year transferable agriculture program to major in an agricultural curriculum.

Scholarships are available to applicants who are undergraduate students in two- or four-year programs. High school seniors, as well as college freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply.
