“Attracting Birds, Bees and Butterflies to the Garden” is the topic of a workshop to be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Webster County Iowa State University Extension office.

The program will focus on designing a garden with plants and flowers that will not only brighten landscape, but suitable for attracting birds, bees and butterflies.

Yvonne McCormick, an ISU Extension horticulturist, will present tips and techniques for growing flowers and suggest cultivars suitable for Iowa gardens.

Master Gardeners will be on hand to help answer gardening questions.
