SAC CITY – “Healthy Meals in a Hurry” is a program to be held at the Sac County Iowa State Extension office from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

Nutrition and Health Program Specialist Katie Knobbe will conduct the class.

Time-saving, cost-saving and nutritious meals are the features of the program.

Learn how to do all three and cook every two weeks with eat-now-and-eat-later cooking tips and recipes.

A light lunch and materials will be provided.
