To the editor,

I am writing to express my exception to your headline on the front page of the Nov. 6 edition, “Feeding for tastier pork.”

I sincerely doubt that you can produce any factual information to support the implied statement that organic pork is tastier.

It may be the opinion of the subject of the article, Ms. McCollough.

There is plenty of misinformation in the media about organic food being better without a Farm News publication adding to the unsubstantiated claims of food activists.

I believe that as editor of a farm news publication you have an obligation to bring factual information to you readers.

Opinions should be clearly identified as such and not headlines.
