ALGONA – Kossuth County Extension, in conjunction with Kossuth County Community Health, will offer a two-session baby-sitting clinic from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 10 and Feb. 24 at the Algona Public Library.

The event is for any student fifth grade or older. Snacks will be provided.

Register by calling the Kossuth County Extension office and providing the attendee’s name, grade, a contact phone and email. The fee is $10 per participant.

The registration deadline is Feb. 1. Class is limited to 20 participants, a second set of sessions will be considered.

Sessions will include basic first aid/CPR and 911 taught by Kossuth County Community Health; baby-sitting responsibilities, basic care, safe food and safe play.
