BANCROFT – Kossuth County Extension, in conjunction with Kossuth County Community Health, will offer a baby-sitting clinic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m March 18 at St. Johns Parish Center, in Bancroft.

The event is designed for any student in fifth-grade or older. Snacks will be provided.

Preregister by Tuesday by calling (515) 295-2469. The fee is $10 per participant and the course is limited to 20 participants.

When registering, include the attendee’s name, grade, a contact phone and email.

Sessions will include basic first aid, CPR and 911 taught by Kossuth County Community Health; baby-sitting responsibilities, basic care, and safe play will be taught by Kossuth County Extension; and safe food will be taught by the ISU Extension nutrition and health specialist.
