Allis-Chalmers tractor show set in June
AMANA – Those who love classic farm equipment won’t want to miss the Allis Connection Father’s Day Show in Middle Amana Community Park on June 18-19.
This free show features a full complement of Allis-Chalmers tractors, garden tractors and equipment.
This year the show’s featured equipment will be manure spreaders.
Tractor owners may display their Allis-Chalmers equipment and all are encouraged to view rare pieces of Allis-Chalmers equipment and memorabilia from around the country.
There will be vendors supplying parts for sale or trade of Allis-Chalmers items.
The show hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 18 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Children can participate in a peddle tractor pull both days at noon followed by a tractor parade through the village of Middle Amana.
Food and beverages are available at the park during show hours.
The public may also attend the Exhibitor’s Banquet on the evening of June 18 at the Ox Yoke Inn in the village of Amana. Tickets for the banquet are available at the show for $20 per person.
Prior to the show opening on June19, a church service will be held at the Middle Amana Park beginning at 8 a.m.
