Taco Hot Dish
Ingredients:
2 tubes Pillsbury biscuits
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/4 cup onion
1 can refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
1 medium size can tomato sauce
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 head lettuce
2 fresh tomatoes
Directions:
Press biscuits into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Brown meat and onion and drain grease off. Stir in refried beans. Next add taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Heat thoroughly and pour over rolls. Top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Add more sauce, if desired.
Tip: I usually drain the grease whenever I include ground beef in a recipe. Everyone loves tacos and this is a faster method of having them all in one dish.
